About Jonathan Pofsky, LMFT, CMT

I founded the Marin Stress & Anxiety Center in response to a growing need for holistic, mind–body approaches to healing stress and anxiety. My own search for effective tools has led me to a life of service that I’m proud to call my life’s work.

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, PTSD, and stress-related conditions such as chronic pain and burnout. My therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness, somatic psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients reconnect with their inner resilience and calm. For individuals who feel stuck or have not responded to traditional therapy, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as a safe and supportive path toward deeper healing.

Beyond my clinical practice, I facilitate trainings and workshops throughout the Bay Area for mental health professionals, schools, and community organizations. My teaching style is known for being engaging, compassionate, and accessible, helping participants translate complex ideas into meaningful, practical tools for change.

About Sara Moss, AMFT

My path into therapy began with a deep curiosity about what it means to be human. I strive to understand how our minds, bodies, and environments are woven together, and how we find meaning in the midst of life’s hardest seasons. Over the years, I’ve been continually moved by people’s courage to turn toward their pain, their stories, and their growth. I’m drawn to those moments when awareness starts to shift into action, when clients begin to feel more grounded in themselves, more confident in their choices, and more connected to what truly matters.
With a background in biology, integrative health, and the arts, I see therapy as a living, creative process that’s rooted in curiosity, compassion, and connection. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to help clients build resilience and a personal toolbox that supports real-life change. I also love incorporating experiential and creative practices, from horse-assisted therapy to expressive arts, inviting reflection that goes beyond words.

In many sessions, I’m joined by my English Cocker Spaniel, Sabina, a gentle, intuitive therapy dog whose presence brings warmth, grounding, and a touch of lightness to the work we do together.
