Payment Options

The Marin Stress & Anxiety Center accepts the following as payment:

• Credit/Debit Card
• Personal Check
• Cash

All health insurance plans would be subject to out-of-network coverage, if your plan includes such coverage. We do not bill insurance companies directly. Proper documentation necessary for out-of-network coverage will be provided for you to make the claim with your health plan. 

Cash, check, and credit/debit cards are always accepted.
