  • Saturday, September 19th, 2026 – 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm + Extended chill space

Mindful Dads

You’re functioning – but something feels off.

You’re showing up.

Meeting responsibilities.

Handling life.

And yet underneath, your system feels tight, flat, or constantly braced.

  • Stress never fully turns off
  • You feel stuck
  • Emotions stay muted or spike without warning
  • Control works until it suddenly doesn’t
  • Insight alone isn’t changing the pattern

This men-only intensive is designed for that exact place.

  • Not crisis care.
  • Not peak-performance hype.
  • Not talk therapy stretched thin.

This is structured inner work for men who want real nervous system change, deeper meaning, and a way forward that actually holds under pressure.

About This Men’s Retreat

This is not a retreat where you “let go” and hope for the best.

And it’s not a one-off experience that fades once real life resumes.

This is a precision-guided, three-session intensive designed to:

  • Identify how stress and anxiety actually live in your body
  • Restore agency when you’re flooded, shut down, or over-controlling
  • Loosen a dominant pattern affecting work, relationships, or inner life
  • Translate insight into concrete behavioral change

This work is built around preparation, containment, and integration.

Ketamine-assisted work is part of this process and is optional. It is embedded inside a structured therapeutic framework that emphasizes preparation, nervous system regulation, and integration. It is never positioned as a stand-alone experience or a shortcut, and participation is subject to medical screening and clinical oversight.

Before anything experiential happens, participants learn how their own nervous system operates, how stress patterns form, and how to stay present when intensity arises. The goal is not to chase peak experiences, but to build capacity, agency, and discernment.

The emphasis is not on “having an experience,” but on creating changes that hold when life gets demanding again.

The emphasis is on:

  • Safety
  • Pacing
  • Integration
  • Long-term change

Who This Is For

This program is for men who:

  • Feel chronically stressed, keyed up, or emotionally numb
  • Experience performance anxiety or pressure that spills into work or intimacy
  • Say “I’m fine” while knowing something deeper isn’t aligned
  • Are curious about contemplative or experiential work, but want it grounded
  • Value privacy, seriousness, and professional containment

You do not need prior psychedelic experience.

You do need a willingness to engage honestly and responsibly.

Why the Structure Matters

Most programs fail because they skip structure – This one doesn’t.

Session 1:

Foundation

Friday, September. 18th
6:30 – 8:30 pm

Understanding Your Stress Signature

Stress Signature Mapping

You’ll map how stress shows up for you specifically:

  • Cognitively (thought patterns, overthinking, self-pressure)
  • Somatically (tension, shutdown, agitation, fatigue)
  • Behaviorally (work, sex, relationships, control strategies)

This becomes your personal baseline for the rest of the work.

Real-Time Nervous System Training

You’ll learn and practice 2–3 regulation tools that work under pressure:

  • Rapid downshifting without dissociation
  • Staying present during discomfort
  • Re-establishing agency when flooded
  • Tools that work in real life, not just meditation

You leave with skills you can actually use.

Session 2:

Transformation

Saturday September. 19th,
12:30 – 4:30 pm + Chill Space

Ketamine is used here as a temporary shift in perspective, allowing rigid or over-learned patterns to loosen. The emphasis is not on catharsis or emotional release, but on working directly with the nervous system in a way that supports insight, agency, and coherence.

The experience is carefully paced, minimally verbal, and supported somatically to avoid overwhelm.

Working With the Pattern, Not Against Yourself

Intent Calibration

You refine one precise intention focused on loosening a dominant pattern:

  • Hyper-control
  • Performance panic
  • Emotional shutdown
  • Shame or self-attack

Optional Extended Chill Space

  • Quiet decompression
  • Light food
  • Silence-friendly zones
  • Optional one-on-one check-ins

For many men, this is where safety and real connection deepen.

Session 3:

Integration

Sunday, September. 20th,
11:30 am – 4:30 pm

Where Most Programs Fail — And This One Doesn’t

This session focuses on turning insight into lived change.

Pattern Re-Coding

You’ll identify:

  • What loosened
  • What remains sticky
  • What must change structurally in daily life

You translate the experience into 2–3 concrete behavioral shifts.

Future Self Anchoring

Men often revert when life gets busy.
This work helps prevent that.

You’ll use guided imagery and somatic anchoring to:

  • Lock in a felt sense of regulation
  • Create a recall cue usable under pressure
  • Strengthen self-leadership when stress returns

The Container

This is a serious, private space designed for men.

  • Men-only group
  • Maximum of 10 participants
  • Clear boundaries and confidentiality
  • No performative sharing
  • Clinically informed facilitation

This is not about posturing.

And it’s not about falling apart.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What exactly is this program?

This is a three-day, in-person men’s intensive focused on nervous system regulation, stress patterns, and sustainable behavioral change. It combines education, somatic tools, structured group work, and optional ketamine-assisted psychotherapy within a carefully designed clinical container. It is not a traditional retreat, peak-performance coaching, or open-ended talk therapy.

    Is ketamine required to participate?

No. Ketamine participation is optional. Some men engage fully in the intensive without it and still benefit from the nervous system training, group process, and integration work.

How is ketamine used in this program?

Ketamine, when used, serves as a brief, supported shift in perspective to help loosen entrenched stress patterns. It is carefully paced, minimally verbal, and embedded within preparation and integration work.

Are there medical or mental health conditions that would make this program inappropriate?

Yes. Certain medical and psychiatric conditions may exclude participation, particularly for the ketamine-assisted component. All participants must complete required medical screening through Journey Clinical to determine eligibility.

What is the minimum age for ketamine participation?

Participants must be 18 years or older and receive confirmed medical eligibility through Journey Clinical.

    Who provides the ketamine?

Ketamine is prescribed and provided through Journey Clinical following a required medical intake and telehealth consultation. Medical services and medication are handled separately from the workshop.

Will I need a ride home after the ketamine session?

Yes. If you participate in the ketamine-assisted session on April 18, you will need a ride home. You may arrange for a trusted person to pick you up, or you may use Uber or Lyft. Participants may not drive themselves after the ketamine session.

Do I need prior psychedelic or therapy experience?

No prior ketamine or psychedelic experience is required. Participants should be willing to engage thoughtfully, follow preparation guidelines, and work within a structured, clinically informed process.

How many participants will be in the group?

The group is limited to a maximum of 10 men to ensure safety, discretion, and individualized attention.

    Is this confidential?
